Your role in Ad Operations will include:
- Booking digital ads in a timely manner in order to meet all deadlines.
- Administer production reports and constantly analyze data points.
- Tracking ad material, trouble shooting, and responding to queries.
- Handle account inquiries and customer service for clients and sales reps.
- Optimize campaigns to ensure optimal impressions and exposure for all online advertisers.
- Work closely with sales teams to provide required data analysis to support various sales initiatives.
- Assist the project management teams on a variety of initiatives to ensure required data, statistics and revenue metrics are available for project evaluation and implementation.
- Process, develop, manage Excel/Google Sheets.
- Develop SEM/YouTube Campaigns through internal training.

Expected annual wage: $55,000 per year.
