We are currently looking for an energetic team player to join our fast-paced credit department consisting of four other team members. This is a full-time high-volume position which will require strong Excel and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Complete investigation process for Customer Credit applications
  • Review AR aging to ensure compliance
  • Following up, collecting and making payments arrangements when necessary
  • Communication with Sales Representatives regarding accounts
  • Process adjustment and credit card payments
  • Reconciliation of Accounts when needed
  • Assisting Credit Support with account set-up when required

 

Candidates must be extremely detail-oriented, possess exceptional keyboard abilities, excellent customer service skills and be proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook.  Preference will be given to candidates with 3 years of experience or more in a similar role. Experience with a previous high-volume employer is preferred.
